With 20 years of experience in international finance, capital markets, and prominent advisory positions, he comprehensively understands project investment funding and the Indonesian macroeconomic landscape. In 2015, he started Vasanta Group with a conviction of preserving and creating value in people, ethics, art, culture, and environment, an urban and tourism property development group with expertise in developing townships, super-blocks, commercial, industrial real estate products, and hospitality and tourism mixed-use developments. As a former CEO of a renowned Indonesian real estate firm, he oversaw the company's rise from 300 billion to 19 trillion Indonesian rupiahs (IDR) in 2013 and its various achievements in the Indonesian property market. As a French citizen, David Lusteaux is the president director of The Gala Hotels Group, focusing on luxury properties and manages La Boheme Jakarta, White Tree Residence Jakarta, and Maison Teraskita Bandung.
He has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Previously he served as Group Commercial Director of Tune Hotels and handled 33 hotels located in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe. He has also worked with Newman, Swiss-Belhotel, The Sultan, and Hilton Corp in the USA.

Coming from an auditor background, Heryanto Kurniawan has 30 years of professional work experience. With a bachelor's degree in accounting from Tarumanagara University, he has also had responsibility as a garment manufacturer and sustainable packaging business owner for 20 years.
His career as a business owner in decades, combined with experience working in the field of finance, has made him as a hard worker, disciplined, and has people skills which are the important things for a CEO to have. Currently, he serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at PT. Graha Properti Sentosa holds the position of CEO in the Mawatu Labuan Bajo project.

Her education in Architecture Engineering and Business Marketing, combined with extensive experience across various projects, including commercial strata malls, landed residential housing, high rise, premium residential apartments, leasing and strata office, urban development and township demonstrates her versatility and ability to adapt to diverse market demands. She is well-positioned to contribute to the sustained prosperity of the real estate sector. She has an affection for travel and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle. She loves pole dancing, Muay Thai, gym, and tennis. She truly prioritizes training and starts her day with a 12-kilometer morning run.
